The Dap Hand is a free weekly radio prep sheet to help presenters prepare for their programme. It’s got everything from daily listings of birthdays to all the gossip about this week’s Must See TV.

Not only is it a handy way to keep up with what’s happening in modern Ireland, but I’ve also found it useful as the building blocks for an events calendar that I am in the process of compiling.

It’s yet another resource that’s worth signing up for, especially if you’re juggling tasks like an octopus (join the club!) and do a lot of your reading online.

    Hi
I am the co-presenter of the breakfast show on WLRFM in Waterford. I was previously on your mailing list for DAP hand but I have not received it in a while. Could you please include me on the list once again.
