Blogs are a tool that help organizations and individuals communicate in a more personal, less structured way with their audience. That's a very simplisitic definition, there's clearly more to it (just do a search on Google!), but Blogs aren't going to bring destroy what's gone before, they will supplement it. Tom Piaras,
