Piaras Kelly PR - Public Relations in Ireland

I was rather surprised when I saw my name pop up when reading PR Studies entry on why it’s a good idea for PR students and junior PR practitioners to blog.

Richard gives six reasons on why blogging is a good idea for individuals like myself. I’m particluarly blessed because I’m “lucky enough to have an untypical name like Piaras Kelly” (The other choice for my first name was Art my mother tells me. I think I’ll stick with Piaras!)

I should have put some thought into this before starting my blog and used the Irish version of my name, Piaras O Ceallaigh, and then I’d really attract some attention!
