Hard times for the Irish paparazzi
Published April 30th, 2006 in PR in IrelandAs it turns out the Smart Telecom TV Now Awards were on last night, so Dublin was awash with soap stars and z-list celebrities. I was fairly perplexed while leaving Reynards nightclub last night to find three paparazzi outside. Out of morbid curiosity I asked who it was they were waiting for. Premiership footballer or a member of U2 perhaps.
Instead I got to see how hard times must be for the Irish paparazzi, when the flashes started to flicker as Orlaith McAllister, ex Big Brother contestant and now only seemingly famous for flashing her bum, emerged from the VIP lounge as we drove past.
The things you do for your job I guess
