		<description>I have seen this before and agree with much of what Guy suggests. 

Surround yourself with talented people - 100% agree. 

However in a market where you are below the natural unemployment level finding talent   is a real challenge. 

Having presented to US audiences on a number of occasions I was quite surprised at his use of "cuss" / crass words. 

Respectful suggestion, just because GK did it DO NOT follow suit if presenting to a US audience. It will not work!
